What are the causes of the pulmonary tuberculosis ?Pulmonary tuberculosis is usually spread between family members, close friends and people who work or live together. Primary pulmonary TB develops in the minority of people whose immune systems do not successfully contain the primary infection. Pulmonary Tuberculosis may spread easily in closed spaces over a long period of time. It may develop after inhaling droplets sprayed into the air from a cough or sneeze by someone infected with M. tuberculosis. The TB bacteria to become pathogenic and make a person sick will need a poor diet or a very stressed lifestyle. The usual site of the disease is the lungs, but other organs may be involved. The primary stage of the infection is usually asymptomatic.
